Multimedia Exploitation R&D LeadThe Opportunity:Lead the research initiatives of a team of scientists and analysts who investigate and solve challenging multimedia exploitation problems. Utilize research and development expertise, consulting mindset, and an original approach to work to give clients and stakeholders insights into media analysis and encourage actionable results. Perform forensic analysis and exploitation by leveraging scientific expertise and media analysis tools to digital media. Research and develop novel techniques through algorithm and prototype development in topic areas such as biometric recognition, signal processing, image processing, computer vision, and media geolocation. Analyze scientific publications with a high degree of comprehension, build out concepts from academia into real-world use, and analyze current technology to address specific client missions. Attend conferences and community meetings with multimedia forensics experts and present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences with an emphasis on impacting mission outcomes. Work without considerable direction. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
