Distribution Capability and Logistic Leader

Overall Scope:Provide functional, technical and regulatory distribution guidance to VGO. Manage training needs for regulatory purposes. Maintain DOT/ IATA / IMDG certifications to ensure site shipments are managed in a legal and correct manner. Serve as the site logistic coordinator. Resource the site concerning correct packaging and distribution needs for products and sample shipments. Represent the site in the Corteva North America Logistic Network.Main responsibility: Provide functional, technical and regulatory guidance and leadership to shipping, loaders and warehouse personnel regarding distribution and hazardous materials technology and regulatory requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.Define day-by-day priorities and activities for the Distribution Center, Site Shipping and Receiving teams and Packaging Warehouse personnel, including contingent staffing.Responsible for the Distribution Center budget and spendingResponsible for safe operation of the Corteva Distribution Center and logistic organizationSite logistic coordinator and resource leader.
