Supervisor - Valet

Valet Supervisor Pay Rate: $22.00 Job Type: Full-time Location: 8440 West Sunset Blvd, "The Valorian Hotel" Shift & Schedule: Must be flexible for mornings and evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports. Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable. Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable. Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed. Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience. Energetic, outgoing, able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs when needed. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, friendly and professional. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and resolves customer issues positively. Minimum one year of parking and/or customer service experience. Motivated individual ready to take on new challenges in customer service or hospitality. Organized, honest, thoughtful, and a self‑sufficient problem solver. Trusted, loyal, dependable, and decisive. Sees challenges as opportunities and seeks growth. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Exceptional conversational communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Valet parking experience of 3 years or more.
