Summary
The MIL Corporation is looking for a Financial System Data Analyst (Financial Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client with financial systems migration to a shared service provider.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Support the migration of accounting and financial systems to a shared service provider
Gather system configuration and/or specialized requirements utilizing templates and procedures.
Support meetings from engagement through migration, go-live, and post-implementation to ensure proper communication of current and future state processes

Required Qualifications
5 years of combined functional and technical financial systems and data analysis experience
Experience defining solutions for complex business problems
Experience with data mining, data transformation and crosswalking
Experience with extract, transform, load (ETL) or similar database tools
Experience with Access databases, queries and/or SQL code
Knowledge of development methodology and standards
Advanced problem solving, analytical and design skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and self-starter
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Oracle and SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems/databases
Experience with system migration and testing
Experience designing and deploying data analysis and reporting tools

For this position, the projected compensation range is $78,911 - $118,367 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
