Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Respiratory Therapy Supervisor Encompass Health is looking for a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead patient care, manage respiratory therapy services, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care involving medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medication management. Supervise respiratory therapy staff, conduct nursing assessments, create care plans, and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to address their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories and track treatment outcomes. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
