Construction Superintendent - Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced construction superintendent to join our team! As the Superintendent you will serve as the full time on-site coordinator for all aspects of the construction project. We have several projects planned for the Charlotte area, and many more opportunities if willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve issues as well as provide guidance to on-site personnel
- Submit daily and weekly reports
- Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients when necessary
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- OSHA 30 hour certification
