HR Generalist

Role Summary:

• Subcontracted and staffing agency (S.A.) personnel management and counter-response.

• Practical handling of probation evaluations and full-time employment conversion processes.

• Design and operation of onboarding and shop-floor training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule full-time conversion evaluations; collect and analyze shop-floor evaluation metrics (attendance, safety compliance, skill proficiency).

2. Conduct evaluation training for shop-floor managers and supervisors; continuously verify the quantitative objectivity of evaluation outcomes.

3. Lead orientations for new dispatch and regular hires; plan and operate U.S. mandatory compliance training and line-specific On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.

4. Manage daily staffing agency (S.A.) personnel operations and respond actively to turnover or workforce gaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

• 5+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing shop-floor environment.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with shop-floor workers.

• Bilingual communication capability in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications & Notes:

• Proven experience in staffing agency management and shop-floor turnover rate control.
