**Experience and Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required. - First-time travelers are acceptable. - STEMI and Stroke facility experience required. - Community Hospital Experience, LTAC Experience, Trauma Level I Experience, and Trauma Level II Experience are preferred. - EPIC charting system experience required. **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility **Skills:** - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Continuous IV sedation - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) - General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi care - Gunshot wounds - Head injury - ICP (Intracranial Pressure) monitoring - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV vasopressors - Management of dysrhythmias - Near drowning treatments - Neuro-Trauma care - Non-Trauma Emergency Department care - Ortho trauma - Phlebotomy - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Spinal cord injury management - Starting and maintaining IVs - Traumatic amputation care - Traumatic Brain injury care - Triage - Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test **Licensure:** - Active license must be in hand at submission. **Education:** - Third-party education verification required. - Degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted. **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine are required; Medical/Religious Exemptions are allowed. - EKG Exam: All RNs must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed). - Modules: Average 2-4 hours, non-billable, completed during orientation.
