Retail Engagement Specialist

Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist in Kansas City. Build partner relationships, increase program visibility, and support business growth in your territory. Key Responsibilities Visit retail locations within assigned territory and engage with merchants. Introduce and educate new merchants on client financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations. Track and report competitor products, promotions, and merchandising. Assist in launch‑related activities and major market events. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Schedule and execute store visits two weeks in advance. Demonstrate ability to establish and influence relationships through merchant awareness and POP placement. Maintain accurate documentation for each visit. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Strong multi‑tasking and fast‑paced teamwork abilities. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Proficient in mobile tools for reporting (preferred).
