Sodexo is seeking a Full Time Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic team at Oklahoma Children's Hospital at OU Health. This is a large teaching facility located in Oklahoma City, OK. Position will work full time with benefits and primary coverage will be on general medical surgical units with opportunity to cross-train in specialty areas of interest as desired. Additional duties could include flex coverage on other hospital units and rounding with medical teams. Schedule will be M-F with rotating weekends and occasional holidays.

Position will report to Clinical Nutrition Manager and ideal candidate will:

• Have ability to creatively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision and use good judgment to make decisions and work within a self-directed team oriented work environment
• Position will be primarily responsible for covering general medical and surgical units as well as occasional weekends and holidays.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups including critical care unit rounding teams
• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Performs comprehensive nutritional evaluations and follow up including experience with nutrition support assessments

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
