Job TitlePrimary Care And Community MedicineJob DescriptionReports directly to the Chief Medical Officer, Primary Care and Community Medicine at James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. Supports the Mission, Vision and Values of the James H. Quillen VAMC. Maintains clinical proficiency and familiarity with the Computerized Patient Record System while providing continuity of care for a panel of patients. Establish and maintain a collegial relationship with other clinic staff. Maintains a safe environment for staff and patients conducive to maintaining patient satisfaction and staff morale. Performs other duties as assigned.BenefitsCompetitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases. 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME).
