About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial for Supply Chain to spearhead the launch of innovative new initiatives within the department. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a focus on rapid market validation and scalable traction. This role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building from the ground up. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading and executing core initiatives, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions to position the department for growth. Applicants must be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. A high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and a strong drive for end-to-end ownership are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work directly with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional operator and builder, with a focus on cutting-edge technology and a passion for creating category-defining ventures.
