As an LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including: Bedside Nursing Care Planning Implementing Care Managing Patient Care provided by CNAs Quality Improvement Problem Solving Assessment Medication Administration Treatments Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required qualifications: Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nurse Program. Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable. Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
