Estate Planning Appointment Setter

This is an on-site, part-time role in Bradenton, FL. Remote work is not available.

We're a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team in Bradenton. Our appointment setters call warm, interested leads people who have already raised their hand and schedule them to meet with one of our field representatives. No cold calling. Ever.

What you'll do:

• Call warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in estate planning services.
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives using a proven, structured script.
• Bring your own personality and professionalism to every call friendly, respectful, and reassuring.
• Keep accurate notes and records in our system after each call.

What we offer:

• $15/hour plus weekly performance bonuses paid every week.
• Consistent part-time schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM2:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends.

Who you are:

• You have at least 1 year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience.
• You're comfortable on the phone, build rapport easily, and can follow a script without sounding like you're reading one.
• Reliable you show up, you're on time, and you take ownership of your results.
• Coachable you welcome feedback and want to keep getting better.
• You genuinely enjoy helping people and find satisfaction in being part of something meaningful.
