Base Salary: $100,000 Annually

Potential Bonus Compensation: $15-$20,000 (based on 5–10 eligible grand openings annually)

Grand opening bonuses are subject to company performance criteria and eligibility requirements. Actual annual earnings depend on the number of eligible grand openings completed during the year. Bonuses are not guaranteed.

Amped Fitness is expanding nationwide, and we're looking for exceptional, results-driven leaders to join our Corporate New Club Development Team .

As a Regional Director of New Club Development, you'll play a critical role in bringing new Amped Fitness locations to life across the country.

From building high-performing teams and developing future leaders to driving membership production and executing successful grand openings, you'll be responsible for ensuring every new club launches with the people, systems, and momentum needed for long-term success.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on corporate leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on growth, accountability, and results.

We're not looking for someone to simply oversee clubs. We're looking for someone who can build them.

What You'll Do

New Club Development & Grand Openings

• Oversee multiple new club locations throughout the presale and grand opening process.
• Execute development timelines, operational milestones, and launch strategies.
• Ensure each location is properly staffed, trained, and prepared for opening.
• Collaborate with corporate operations, marketing, personal training, and support departments.
• Lead grand opening preparation, execution, and successful transitions to ongoing club operations.

Sales Leadership & Performance

• Drive presale membership production across assigned markets.
• Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Analyze KPIs, conversion rates, lead generation, appointments, and team productivity.
• Identify performance gaps and implement immediate improvement strategies.
• Lead from the front through hands-on sales coaching, field marketing, and team development.
• Create a culture of accountability and consistent results.

Recruiting & Leadership Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop General Managers, Operations Managers, and presale teams.
• Build strong leadership pipelines to support continued nationwide expansion.
• Conduct performance evaluations, leadership coaching, and ongoing development.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for club leadership.
• Ensure new hires are fully prepared to execute their roles and contribute to club performance.

Market Development & Community Engagement

• Oversee grassroots marketing campaigns, local partnerships, and community outreach.
• Develop business-to-business relationships to maximize presale opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional events, parking lot parties, and grand opening activations.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and membership growth.

Corporate Communication & Operational Accountability

• Maintain accurate reporting of sales performance, staffing, launch readiness, and operational milestones.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities directly with corporate leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Identify potential setbacks early and implement measurable action plans.
• Ensure each assigned location meets company standards before transitioning to ongoing operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of multi-unit management, regional leadership, or comparable leadership experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales-driven environments with measurable performance results.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, sales conversion, forecasting, and performance accountability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to lead from the front and work alongside teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new markets and changing business priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for extended periods is required.

Fitness industry experience is preferred, but exceptional multi-unit leaders from other sales-driven industries are encouraged to apply.

Nationwide Travel & Corporate Position

This position is part of the Amped Fitness Corporate New Club Development Team , supporting new club openings throughout the United States.

• Candidates from across the United States are encouraged to apply.
• National travel is required, including extended assignments in new markets.
• Amped Fitness pays approved business-related travel expenses , including airfare, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Regional Directors work directly with local teams while maintaining consistent communication with corporate leadership.
• Flexibility is required as new markets, club openings, and development schedules evolve.

This is a field-based corporate leadership position, not a traditional office-based role.
