Talent Acquisition Manager

This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, developing talent acquisition strategies, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and partnering closely with leadership to attract top talent.The ideal candidate will bring a strong recruiting background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a willingness to learn the business from the ground up before implementing new processes and ideas. Success in this role requires balancing recruiting expertise with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple locations.Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.Handle approximately 15+ requisitions, depending on business seasonality.Recruit for positions including:Warehouse AssociatesCDL DriversHVAC TechniciansCounter Sales RepresentativesOperations ProfessionalsBranch-Level PositionsSource, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.Maintain and manage recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with HR and executive leadership on talent acquisition initiatives.Monitor recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership.QualificationsRequiredMinimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Adaptable, coachable, and open to learning organizational processes and culture.Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.PreferredExperience using Paycom or similar ATS platforms.Recruiting experience within:LogisticsDistributionWarehouse OperationsSkilled TradesTransportationExperience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.Leadership StructureReports directly to executive leadership.Currently manages one direct report who assists with administrative HR and recruiting functions.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a recruiting leader who values culture, integrity, accountability, and relationship-building.
