Location: Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Employment Type: Full-Time (FT)

RN Supervisor Shifts Available:

• Weekday Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Full-Time

• PRN (Per Diem) – All Shifts Available

RN Supervisor Position Summary:
Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations during assigned shifts.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as needed

• Respond to resident and family concerns in a professional manner

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

• Assist with staff scheduling and coverage as needed

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state

• Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
