As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café, you will support with delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE

As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café you will lead the team to: Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure. Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless. Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience Deliver a seamless and operationally invisible experience.

Proven skills and/or experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships An aspirational sense of individual style An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate The desire to thrive on a high-performance team The commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s values and standards The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE LOGISTICS

As a Seasonal Barista, you can: Commit to a fixed term contract through mid-January 2027* Work a minimum of 24 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week also available) Work up to 32 hours per week during our peak sales periods (Nov. 16 to Nov. 29, Dec. 14 to Jan. 10) Work with full availability on Black Friday (Nov. 27) and Boxing Day Weekend (Dec. 26 & 27) Work evenings and weekends

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 USD per hour plus gratuities. We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon wage may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
