Installer Lead - In Training

The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on a temporary to hire placement basis in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Installer Lead - In Training include:

Hourly wage: $19/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities for Installer Lead - In Training:

Package, assemble, and prepare fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel) for installation crews.
Load, unload, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company trucks and trailers.
Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients; report safety hazards or project concerns promptly.

Requirements for Installer Lead - In Training:

Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred
Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
Ability to remain in good attendance standing
