You'll work only with individuals who have already asked for help. About the Role This is a client-first sales role. The people you speak with have already shown interest in coverage. Your job is to set appointments, listen and help them choose what's right for their family. All work is remote, by phone or Zoom, and backed by industry leading training, mentorship and a step-by-step process. Responsibilities • Follow up with people who requested coverage • Connect with clients by phone or Zoom and help them get coverage in a budget that makes sense • Grow by engaging in weekly training and coaching sessions Qualifications • Experience in 1099 or entrepreneurial environments, customer service, teaching, healthcare, retail, hospitality or sales is helpful, not required • Growth - learn scripts, develop your skills and leadership • Ability to use a computer and simple online tools • Work ethic, character, and coach-ability.
