Divina Dermatology & Cosmetic Center | Beverly Hills, CA Divina Dermatology & Cosmetic Center is seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Patient Coordinator to join our team in Beverly Hills. Divina is a boutique, physician-owned dermatology and cosmetic practice specializing in advanced medical dermatology, injectables, lasers, and aesthetic treatments. All medical and cosmetic procedures are performed by board-certified dermatologists, with a strong focus on personalized care and an elevated patient experience. The Role The Patient Coordinator is an important part of the patient experience from the first phone call through treatment and follow-up. We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, confident communicating with patients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced cosmetic and medical environment. Responsibilities include: Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering incoming calls, texts, and patient inquiries Scheduling and coordinating appointments Discussing cosmetic treatments, pricing, packages, and available services with patients Helping patients understand treatment options and preparing them for consultations Following up with cosmetic leads and prospective patients Providing pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions Collecting payments and assisting with checkout Maintaining an organized and polished front-office environment Coordinating closely with our physicians and clinical team Providing a high level of customer service throughout the patient experience Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is: Professional, polished, warm, and personable An excellent communicator both in person and over the phone Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable discussing cosmetic procedures and pricing Confident working with high-end and concierge patients Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask Interested in dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, and cosmetic medicine Comfortable learning about advanced laser and injectable treatments Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, med spa, luxury hospitality, or a high-end medical practice is strongly preferred. Experience with patient scheduling, EMR/practice-management systems, cosmetic sales, or patient lead conversion is a plus.
