The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a commercial real estate portfolio of 3 Class A Office buildings (370,000 square feet) + an adjacent HOA in South Bay. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable management, lease and billing compliance, budgeting support, audit preparation, and year-end reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting experience in commercial real estate and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.**Responsibilities Include:*** Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes* Track and prepare tenant billbacks* Manage annual CAM reconciliations alongside the Assistant General Manager* Prepare tenant termination forms* Assist with cash management procedures* Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts* Prepare monthly accruals* Analyze and execute leases, including abstracting key financial terms and ensuring proper accounting administration* Prepare and distribute monthly rent statements* W-9 management* Administrative duties as needed**Required qualifications:*** 3-5 years of property accounting experience preferred* Strong knowledge of GAAP and RE accounting principles* Yardi proficient* Strong Excel skills* Experience with lease administration preferred* Strong analytical and organizational skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail and proficient time managementThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
