Senior Customer Success Manager

What We're Looking For

- 5–7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level, high-touch customer accounts
- Direct ownership of customer renewals and expansion/upsell opportunities
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing meaningful ARR and driving retention and growth.
- Experience building relationships with executive-level stakeholders and leading strategic customer conversations.
- Proven ability to drive adoption, customer health, retention, and long-term customer value.
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company, ideally with a complex or technically sophisticated product.
- Legal tech or legal operations experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Experience with workflow automation, no-code/low-code platforms, or other enterprise technology is a plus. xhyhwjd
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and taking ownership from day one.
- New York metro candidates preferred for a hybrid schedule in Long Island City, with exceptional U.S.-based remote candidates also considered.
