Step into a dynamic role supporting K-12 students across multiple locations, utilizing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this full-time contract position, you'll work directly with students and staff in three schools—one in Northbrook and two in Skokie—making a positive impact on diverse learners each day. Desired qualifications and experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), completed and active certification
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skill in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, related service providers, and families
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with K-12 students, including those with behavioral or developmental challenges
• Flexibility and adaptability in different educational environments

Key responsibilities:

• Serve K-12 students across three school sites within Northbrook and Skokie
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive intervention plans
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor progress and inform program adjustments
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate actively in student planning meetings
• Support crisis intervention efforts and develop preventative behavioral supports
• Engage families and caregivers in understanding and implementing behavior strategies
