At Autumn Lake Healthcare at Scotch Plains, we are dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care and compassionate services to our patients. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our dietary team in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving, and cleaning. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
Set tables, serve meals, and maintain a clean and organized dining environment
Restock food and supplies, and clean equipment and utensils
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Participate in food safety and quality control measures
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
