Medical Research Associate - PRN (Phlebotomist/Paramedic/LVN) - 7AM-7PM: M/W/F OR T/Th/Fr

Clinical research associate position at ICON in Salt Lake City supporting phlebotomy and vital signs collection for study subjects. Role operates on a PRN basis, 3 days weekly during daytime hours, with mandatory onsite training required at hire.
Responsibilities
- Greet clinical research volunteers and assess vital signs including height, weight, blood pressure, and BMI
- Perform phlebotomy procedures on study subjects following established client protocols
- Provide compassionate patient care and ensure subject comfort during research activities
- Accompany study subjects during breaks and monitor their wellbeing
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative research operations activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent English and local language proficiency
- 1+ years medical or clinical field experience preferred
- Current certification as phlebotomist, medical assistant, or CNA
- BLS or phlebotomy certification advantageous
- Legal work authorization in the United States
