About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff

Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims and co-payments accurately

Maintain and update patient records, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times

Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to manage daily patient flow

Requirements:

Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Denticon)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy front office

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; dental administrative training a plus
