This role emphasizes coaching, consulting, and operational expertise to support franchise owners and ensure alignment with brand standards. This is a hands-on role with travel involvement to support franchisees firsthand and contribute to the growth of Black Optix Tint, a fast-growing automotive restyling franchise. What You'll Do Support new franchise launches, including in-store setup, marketing activations, and operational readiness Provide one-on-one coaching and business guidance to franchise owners Assist franchisees with sales strategies, networking opportunities, and local business development efforts Train new and existing franchise owners on operational systems, processes, and brand standards Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve performance Collaborate with franchisees to drive marketing initiatives and local market growth Develop, enhance, and maintain training materials, Success Guides, and educational resources Work closely with corporate leadership on special projects and brand initiatives Participate in Discovery Day events and support franchise candidate education Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and franchise meetings Ensure franchisees remain aligned with brand standards and operational programs Partner with internal teams to identify field trends, training opportunities, and best practices What We're Looking For Experience in franchise support, business consulting, operations, sales, or training Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills Ability to motivate and influence entrepreneurs and small business owners Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable presenting to groups and conducting trainings Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel independently Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, with occasional international travel Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in business operations, franchise support, training, consulting, or related fields Experience working with franchise systems is a plus Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel extensively Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive training to hone your skills at our headquarters Employee Development Programs Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverage Short- and Long-term disability insurance Generous paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan with company match Social gatherings and team-building activities Leadership workshops for personal development Recognition for top performers Philanthropy – opportunities to give back to the community All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr United Franchise Group
