ABA Behavioral Therapist (Technician) 
$20 - $26/hr. DOE. 
Full time Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6pm 

$500 Sign On Bonus for active RBT's! Mileage reimbursement and drive time provided!

As a Behavior Technician you will work one-on-one with children with autism in their home, schools, and/or daycares. You will help them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their communities through our fun and playful intervention model. As a behavior therapist you work with children and families in clinic, home, daycares, and/or community settings (outings). You use play and daily routines to teach children with developmental disabilities a variety of skills. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) we strive to create a world without limits. 

Responsibilities of the Behavior Technician: 

• Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT Strategies 
• Complete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors 
• Participate in all trainings, evaluations and team meetings 
• Communicate frequently and effectively with team members 
• Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS) 
• Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors. 
• Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis. 

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred! (Majors: Education, Child Development, Psychology or related field) 
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required! 
• Clean criminal background check! 
• 4-8 months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field!
