*SoCal Elite Physical Therapy* is seeking a motivated, personable, and professional licensed Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient hand therapy clinic team in Orange County. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

We are proud to be the only insurance-based PT/OT clinic in Orange County that has consistently provided true one-on-one care every patient, every hour, with a licensed PT or OT regardless of insurance. This has been our commitment since day one and continues to define our patient care philosophy.

*Position Summary*

The Occupational Therapist will:

* Perform comprehensive evaluations
* Develop individualized plans of care
* Deliver full one-hour treatments without the use of aides
* Fabricate custom orthotics (training provided if needed)
* Design individualized home exercise programs (HEP)
* Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
* Adhere to clinic policies and professional standards

All evaluations and follow-up visits are scheduled for a full one-hour treatment session to ensure quality and outcomes.

*Qualifications*

* Current California Occupational Therapy license (or scheduled board exam date)
* Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
* Hand therapy experience preferred
* Applied Functional Science background preferred
* Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred
