Compensation and Benefits
- Better-of Compensation Model: During your first six months, receive either a guaranteed base salary or a percentage of collections-whichever is greater

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative care, root canal therapy, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a consistently positive patient experience
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Indiana dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in continued clinical growth and professional development
