Wholesale & Ecommerce Customer Service Coordinator
Our client, a contemporary women's lifestyle brand, is seeking a Wholesale & Ecommerce Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Manage wholesale orders in JOOR + Shopify
- Allocate inventory and coordinate shipments with sales + warehouse
- Handle EDI, UPCs, retailer compliance, and reporting
- Support wholesale accounts (order updates, returns, RAs, payment + shipping outreach)
- Respond to ecommerce customer inquiries and process returns
- Maintain accurate inventory and monitor sell-through
- Assist with production projections and PO creation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in wholesale/ecommerce operations within fashion
- Strong knowledge of JOOR, Shopify, EDI and ERP (AS2000 preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing brand environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
