Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
Maintaining waiting room cleanliness and organization of resources
Sending welcome letters and thank you gifts

Qualifications
Spanish speaking is required
Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
Time-management and organizational skills
Available to work either morning shift (7:30am-1:30pm) and afternoon shift (1:30pm-7:30pm) and two Saturdays a month (7:30am-1:30pm)
