UX/UI Designer for AI Training [Remote]

Design user experiences and interfaces that feed high-quality, real-world input into next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role combines professional UX/UI practice with an opportunity to influence how models learn and reason, by producing design artifacts, documentation, and task-based outputs used for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

• Apply your UX/UI expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, producing work that becomes part of model training and evaluation data.
• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Build and manage components within design systems using Figma, including interactive prototypes.
• Use analytics, including Adobe Analytics, to inform and iterate on design decisions.
• Create clear documentation and provide constructive feedback for cross-functional teams and reviewers.
• Work as an independent contributor on agile, cross-functional projects and meet per-task quality requirements.

• Required skills: UX/UI Design, Figma, Adobe Analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in UX/UI design methodologies, with a substantial portfolio demonstrating user-centered work across web and mobile platforms.
• Advanced experience with Figma, including prototyping and design system management.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret analytics for data-driven design choices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear documentation and constructive feedback.
• Experience working on agile, cross-functional projects as an independent contributor or consultant.
• Familiarity with design challenges for AI-driven products is a plus, but not required.
• A passion for translating human-centered design into intelligent systems.

• Role type: Contractor, fully remote.
• Compensation range quoted: $25 to $40 per hour.
• Compensation structure is output-based, experts are paid per task that meets project specifications.
• Time required to complete tasks will vary by experience and workflow, and minimum submission requirements apply.
• Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.
• We typically fill roles within 48 hours and seek contributors who can begin immediately; if selected, expect to start your first tasks within 24 to 48 hours of completing onboarding.

• Pay range: $25 to $40 hourly.
• Final payment is task-based, paid for outputs that meet the project specifications. The number of tasks completed will determine earnings. Minimum submission requirements apply.

• Complete an AI interview, approximately 30 minutes in length.
• Applications are reviewed by a hiring manager following the interview.
• If selected and onboarded, you will be asked to begin completing tasks within 24 to 48 hours.
