Branch Manager

As Manager, you will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff, achieving profitable sales with the ultimate goal of relocating and overseeing your own retail location. You must be open to possible relocation within the district. The ideal candidate is sales‑oriented and team‑focused, displays strong attention to detail, and maintains professionalism at all times. The Manager is a skilled multitasker who demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees. Manager Benefits Great starting salary $29.00–$31.00 with additional earning potential through quarterly performance‑based bonuses upon opening your own store. Excellent work/life balance – 2 days off per week; branches open less than 50 hours per week nationwide. Locations close at 6:00 pm weekdays, 5:00 pm Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays. Full health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/Flex spend). 401(k) with company match. Paid time off (PTO) plus 6 paid holidays. Car sales experience is not required at any level. Manager Responsibilities Lead yourself and the team in a manner that supports CarHop’s vision and mission. Set clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance objectives. Engage and motivate the team to meet key goals and performance expectations. Drive the business with a high level of involvement in day‑to‑day operations. Oversee the sales process and monitor performance and execution. Hire, coach, and train all store staff—conduct weekly training and one‑on‑ones. Mentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance. Manage all aspects of the branch, including sales, inventory, and warranty. Analyze the business and develop action plans to improve performance, ensuring the branch meets forecasted goals and objectives. Manager Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of successful experience as a supervisor/manager. Strong leadership skills with a proven record of building, coaching, and motivating a team. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional at all times. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Availability to work required Saturdays (branches closed Sundays). Willingness to travel to other stores for coverage as needed. Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurer. Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check consistent with company hiring standards. High School diploma or equivalent.
