Community Engagement Coach for Independent Living
POSITIVE PATHWAYS FAMILY SERVICES L
Positive Pathways Family Services is seeking compassionate Community Engagement Coaches to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives. You will provide one-on-one support in community settings based on each person's ISP, helping clients build life skills and participate in everyday activities while upholding dignity and choice.
