WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE―(Ask your Talent Acquisition Advisor if you are eligible for Sign-On Bonus) Performs comprehensive speech and language evaluations, treatment and related follow‑up services including discharge planning. Documents patient assessments and pertinent information in a timely manner. Completes appropriate goal re‑assessment and discharge planning. Provides speech therapy, including selection and use of assistive equipment. Collaborates with patient and other health‑care personnel or outside agencies regarding coordination of care. Provides speech and language therapy according to standards of care defined by the state practice act and other professional and governing agencies. Trains and educates patients and family members or others support and document understanding of treatment plan and goals.
