Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for staff—responding to feedback and daily requests Maintain the appearance and functionality of the office through daily quality assurance and organization Manage and negotiate with vendors supplying snacks, meals, plants, etc. Collaborate with property management and sub‑landlord to maintain facilities Track and process expenses on a weekly basis Partner with IT, Accounting, and HR to onboard employees and implement processes Provide concise, professional customer service to internal and external customers Identify and resolve documentation errors Assist customers via phone, email, and fax with inquiries such as shipment tracking, billing, and invoicing questions Perform general clerical duties, including answering calls, filing, data entry, and billing Process over, short, and damaged freight documentation for customer resolution Assist contractors and drivers as needed Follow Standard Operating Procedures to process orders—accurate picking, quality control, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing shipments Cross‑train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects assigned by manager Maintain housekeeping and inventory control, ensuring a clean environment and compliance with Environmental Health and Safety requirements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of administrative experience Prior supervisory experience required Strong customer service skills Proficient PC skills with solid understanding of Excel, Word, and Access Basic quantitative/financial analysis skills Ability to facilitate training needs Demonstrates strong ownership of projects from start to finish Ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills Highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
