CSR/Office Manager - P&C Insurance

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in daily office operations while contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and call-in customers with inquiries and service needs - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Provide accurate, timely, and complete information using appropriate systems and tools - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Support producers and service team with administrative tasks as needed
