Pilsen Wellness Center Joliet, IL Full-Time $40,000 per year Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Summary Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated office manager responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities Handles and directs all telephone inquiries to the correct staff Responsible for ordering appropriate office supplies Maintains and updates office bulletin boards and document tracking logs Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required 3-5 years of administrative and clerical assistance preferred Strong organizational skills Salary: $40,000 annually Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) About Us Pilsen Wellness Center is a community-based organization providing culturally responsive behavioral health and social services.
