Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator

Job Description Summary
Build Partnerships. Support Students. Expand Educational Opportunities. Join Lincoln Land Community College as a Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator and play an important role in connecting high schools students and families with college-level learning opportunities. This position serves as a key liaison between LLCC and area high schools helping facilitate communication and support the success of concurrent enrollment programs. The Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator processes instructor approvals and course request forms assists with resolving issues and provides guidance to students and parents exploring or participating in concurrent enrollment coursework. The position also supports projects such as newsletters website updates handbooks manuals and other materials that promote awareness of concurrent enrollment opportunities. Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Experience working with educational pathways advising concurrent enrollment or secondary/post-secondary relations Experience working with databases or spreadsheets and record-keeping Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree Knowledge or training in ICCB HLC and Department of Education regulations and procedures relating to concurrent enrollment Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
