Pay package discussed upon application. What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care for oncology patients with high acuity needs
• Monitor patient vitals using GE telemetry systems and other medical equipment
• Administer medications, including blood products and chemotherapy (preferred but not required)
• Manage IVs, central lines, PICC lines, and patient assessments
• Respond to patient emergencies, interpret dysrhythmias, and utilize rapid response teams
• Support patients with respiratory needs, including external CPAP/BIPAP and high-flow nasal cannula
• Document patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

What You Need

• Active RN license in Ohio
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience, including 1 year in PCU or telemetry settings
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH
• Skills: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV management, blood draws, port access, infection prevention, patient safety practices

• Experience with chemotherapy, wound care, and advanced airway management
• Previous travel or agency nursing experience
• Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity
