What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a PCU setting
• Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans
• Perform common procedures such as burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Float within Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as required
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend shifts

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience in a progressive care or step-down unit

Preferred:

• Prior experience with adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
