Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Position Summary The Accounts Receivable Resource supports collections, payment posting, reconciliation, and follow-up of outstanding balances for assigned facilities. This role works closely with facility and corporate teams to resolve account issues, improve cash collections, and maintain accurate financial records. We are specifically seeking candidates located in or near the Denver or Fort Collins, Colorado area . Key Responsibilities Follow up on outstanding invoices, claims, and payments to support timely collections Contact payers, residents, families, and other responsible parties to resolve account issues and discrepancies Accurately post payments, adjustments, and other transactions to resident accounts Reconcile accounts receivable balances and help maintain complete and accurate records Generate, review, and analyze AR reports to monitor outstanding balances and collection trends Work closely with billing, admissions, facility leadership, and other departments to resolve account concerns Help identify and elevate issues affecting reimbursement or collections Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable billing and collections requirements Provide professional and responsive customer service regarding billing and account inquiries Support additional business office or revenue cycle functions as needed Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience required Healthcare, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferre Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting, billing, or EMR/financial systems preferred Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through Work Location This position is geared toward candidates in the Denver or Fort Collins, Colorado area .
