Production Assistant

About the Role: You will execute routine tasks and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist in process improvements. This is an entry-level position in a manufacturing environment. Minimum Qualifications: Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Effective communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with standard production equipment and maintenance procedures. Basic understanding of quality control principles. Ability to use computerized production tracking systems. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Assist in identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors. Maintain accurate production records and document any issues or adjustments made during shifts. Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area. Compensation Range: $21.00 per hour The compensation range listed for this position represents ONEMESA's good-faith estimate of the pay range it reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
