Senior Account Executive
Protouch Staffing
Job Title
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within priority verticals.
Identify, pursue, and secure enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Assess client communication challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
Collaborate with data, production, and client service teams to deliver successful client solutions.
Convert initial projects into recurring programs and long-term partnerships.
Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence and revenue growth.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Represent the company professionally while building trust with prospective clients.
Proven track record of successful enterprise or mid-market sales.
Existing relationships within healthcare, insurance, financial services, gaming, hospitality, or utilities preferred.
Experience selling complex, data-driven communication or direct mail solutions.
Demonstrated ability to break into strategic enterprise accounts.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify client challenges and recommend value-driven solutions.
Experience managing the full sales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
