Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Asheville, NC. This role involves working in a dynamic hospital setting where you will support ED decompression and patient throughput, assisting with receiving admitted patients, completing Admission Assessments, and initiating acute care orders.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Support ED decompression and enhanced throughput in a fast-paced environment
• Receive admitted patients and complete the Admission Assessment and Medication Reconciliation
• Initiate acute care orders and ensure smooth patient transition
• Participate in a collaborative team with a focus on patient safety and care
• Float to other units within skill set as required

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, and Step-Down (PCU)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or willingness to consider is appreciated
• Positive attitude and collaboration skills
