To elevate the visual identity of the brand, the remote Multimedia Graphic Designer will manage the creation of engaging content graphics, optimize digital designs for conversion, and develop polished presentation materials while collaborating closely with the team. Key responsibilities Produce high-quality YouTube thumbnails and Instagram carousels that enhance brand aesthetics and engagement Design and refine landing pages and website elements to convert visitors into leads and customers Create impactful presentation decks and speaker slides that maintain audience attention and reflect brand identity Required qualifications 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing thumbnails, carousels, and web or landing pages Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and a web design tool (e.g., Webflow, Figma) Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to effectively pair visuals with compelling text Understanding of design principles that drive conversion and growth Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
