Lifeworks is hiring a full time Case Manager to work with Individuals with ID/DD. We are a nonprofit human service agency that provides adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live engaged and meaningful lives. We're searching for an enthusiastic individual who will bring their personality, an independent work ethic, and a strong belief in enhancing the lives of those we serve . Requirements: Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD A Bachelor's degree or an associate degree in a related field with two years of experience, or HS diploma and five years of related work experience in Human Services.
