Location: Fairchild Street, Charleston, SC 29492 (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

*Must be able to work 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM twice a month*

Requirements: Previous management/supervisor experience required, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a professional appearance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations as a janitorial site supervisor in a professional office cleaning environment.
• Lead, guide, and support our team of commercial cleaners to maintain high sanitation standards.
• Inspect work areas to ensure top-notch quality control for our client.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client site, embodying standard custodial lead management practices.
• Coordinating schedules for custodians to ensure all areas of the building are cleaned per the client's scope of work.

What You Bring To The Team

• Previous management or supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A clean, polished, and professional appearance.
• Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
